1st Interstate Inn

Front desk lady was very kind and helpful! My room was cozy, the hot water was good and hot. I gave 4 stars on the room because of a couple broken tiles on the bathroom floor could use some TLC. But the room was very tidy, the bathroom was clean, white, pristine toilet and tub. The bed was comfortable too, I would stay again! Good price compared to the other hotels in town. 10/10 do recommend.

Comfy bed warm room good shower helpful staff it has the important stuff for a good night's rest. I thought it was clean. It's old but I've spent more at newer hotels and haven't been near as comfortable

Kay is an amazing manager at this hotel. Always fair, good prices, friendly service. The housekeepers are amazing especially Eva. The rooms are always clean and they don’t half ass clean. They actually do a deep clean when they work.

This is a simple, value priced accommodation. It's good value for the money. Older, yet clean. Our room had 2 double beds, big new flat screen tv, a/c that worked, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, iron, work desk with chair... My wife and I joked and bantered with the Manageress about tiny rooms, annoying things we Canadians are known for and what sort of outrageous guest behaviour we were going to perpetrate on her Motel as we checked in. On our way out to dinner at the truck stop across the street, I joked with her again. I made up a wild story about how disappointed I was that there were no nicely wrapped chocolates on the bed pillows for us. On returning from dinner, I find this on the side table.... (Two candies and a note apologising that they weren't chocolates.) What a sport. What a cheery surprise! Need a modestly priced clean place to stay for a night or two in the South of Douglas? I can recommend this one.

Nice place, older but you can tell the owner cares about doing the best they can with remodeling. Came in late and got a call while we where on the road seeing where we where at and they stayed up late to get us checked in. It was cold out when we got there but the room was nice and warm when we got in, I appreciate that , you don't know how many times I have had to sit in the cold waiting for the room to warm up. Shower was great. I will stay there again.

Started out with a friendly face at the front desk. Followed it up by a clean and quiet room. It’s a little older motel but seems to be maintained well. Will stop here again if I have to come back to Casper.

The clerk was very efficient and curtious..needed early check in due to work down time and within a hour(actually 45 min) room was clean and she caller to let know it was ready fast check in room VERY CLEAN and coffee pot ,microwave, mini fridge big room also pet friendly

Small mom and pop hotel. Refrigerator in room with microwave in room. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my one night stay- Parking lot was well lit and I was comfortable leaving my loaded car parked outside my door. Overall I was happy with stay and would stay here again in the future. Thank you for the hospitality 1st Interstate Inn.

This is a budget friendly place to stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It is very outdated, which we expected based off other reviews. We just needed a decent place to sleep and that is what we got.
